Bjwala's Terms & Conditions

Bjwala (https://bjwala.app) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform based in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bjwala and all its users. By accessing the bjwala website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These terms are written in Bangla to ensure Bangladeshi users can understand them with ease. However, in the event of any dispute, the legal interpretation will follow bjwala's established policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bjwala's services.

Bjwala operates under an international gaming licence and strictly follows responsible gaming policies. We believe transparency and fairness are the foundation of a healthy gaming environment.

To use bjwala's services, you need to create an account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Verification of the mobile number and email address provided at registration is mandatory.
• Accounts cannot be created under a corporate or business name. Only personal accounts are permitted.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed within 30 days of account creation.

Any unauthorized activity or security breach on your account must be reported to the bjwala support team immediately. bjwala will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from delayed reporting.

Bjwala strictly prohibits providing services to anyone under the age of 18. In accordance with bjwala's Terms & Conditions, all new users must submit one of the following documents as proof of age:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate (as a supporting document only)

Withdrawals will be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is complete. bjwala may request additional documentation at any time. The identity verification process is fully secure, and your personal information is stored in encrypted form.

Bjwala currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment policies apply under bjwala's terms and conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT)
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15–30 minutes
• Without completed KYC verification, withdrawals are capped at ৳10,000 per day.

There are no processing fees on deposits. Payment gateway charges may apply to withdrawals. bjwala reserves the right to place any suspicious transaction on hold for review.

Bjwala offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including a welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bets, and cashback offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read before use.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• To withdraw a bonus, you will generally need to meet a wagering requirement of 5x to 10x.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
• Bjwala reserves the right to void accounts and forfeit bonuses in cases of bonus abuse or attempts to exploit loopholes.

The following rules apply to placing bets on bjwala. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cash-out option is used.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳20 (twenty BDT)
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event and market.
• Bjwala reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Pre-match bets will generally not be accepted once a match has started.
• Placing bets on the same outcome in a single event from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bjwala reserves the right to suspend bet acceptance in live betting at any time.

In the event of a bet cancellation or reassessment, bjwala will notify the user within a reasonable timeframe and the staked amount will be refunded.

It is every user's responsibility to comply with bjwala's terms and conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Placing bets using insider information or by taking advantage of match-fixing.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to probe or exploit vulnerabilities in bjwala's systems or security.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Bjwala reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC).
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• By court order or legal obligation.

Users will be notified as early as possible before an account is closed. Any balance remaining in a legitimately closed account will be refunded. However, if an account is closed due to a terms violation, funds may be forfeited.

You can also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. A maintenance fee of ৳50 per month may be deducted from inactive accounts.

Bjwala believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. As part of bjwala's terms and conditions, we place the highest importance on responsible gaming. The following tools are available on our platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Bet Limit: Sets the maximum amount allowed per single bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for 30 days or permanently.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from 24 hours up to 6 months.

• Loss of a bet due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Failed transactions due to disruptions with third-party services (payment gateways).
• Losses resulting from sharing account credentials with others.
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond bjwala's control, such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• Losses arising from a user's decisions based on inaccurate information.

In any dispute, bjwala's maximum liability will not exceed the user's total deposits over the preceding 30 days. To resolve a dispute, please contact our support team first.

Bjwala reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes via their registered email or mobile number.
